Cemgraft specialise in flexible, high specification Surface Mount Technology.
The company has invested in the latest specification SMT production lines and is mounting 01005 passives, multiple micro-BGAs and chip scale packages (CSPs) with outstanding quality and responsiveness to urgent customer requirements.
The company’s ‘Fast Track’ rapid prototyping facility that may well be unique within the industry. With its highly experienced and skilled staff, this section assembles the most technically demanding products on very short lead times. As a consequence this facility is widely used by some chip manufacturers to assemble demonstration boards for new and leading-edge chips. Existing customers use this area for New Product Introduction (NPI).
As a matter of course the Cemgraft team provides full technical input both before and during the manufacturing process, and a complete report after the production run with recommendations on how to improve design for manufacture.
